Shipping Policy

• Same-Day Shipping

  We strive to ship orders on the same business day if the order is placed before 3 PM (Monday–Friday). Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or a similar service.

• Flat-Rate Shipping

  We offer a $25 flat-rate shipping fee on most parts. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once shipped.

• Large/Heavy Items

  Certain large or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. Any extra shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Window

  We accept returns of parts within 30 days from the delivery date. If you need to return an item, please contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

• Condition of Returned Items

  To receive a full refund, the part must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered (unused and uninstalled). If the part shows signs of use or installation, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be denied.

• Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyer pays return shipping if:
    • The incorrect product was purchased.
    • The purchase was duplicated in error.
    • A new appliance was purchased and the part is no longer needed.
    • The part is simply no longer wanted.
  • We cover return shipping if:
    • The product was received damaged.
    • An incorrect product was sent (e.g., a washer pump instead of a water valve).
    • The item does not work (defective) within 30 days of the order date.

• Refunds

  Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (minus any applicable fees). Most refunds process within 3–5 business days, though your bank may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our parts. All purchases come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your part fails or is defective within that period, contact us for assistance on repair or replacement.
